Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy states how cancellation and refunds work for Maison Forge monthly subscriptions. It restates the governing Subscription Services Agreement; if the two differ, the agreement controls.

Billing

Your subscription is billed monthly, in advance, starting the day you subscribe. The exact amount, including any discount, is stated on the checkout page before you pay, and Square sends a receipt for every charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, yourself, from inside the product: sign in and go to Account → Subscription → Cancel my plan. It takes one confirmation, no email and no phone call, and it is the same account you signed up with. If you would rather we did it, or you cannot reach your account, write to info@maisonforge.ai from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you.

Either route has the same effect: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until that date, and you are not charged again. (Agreement §7.1.)

You can also change plans and update the card on file from the same screen, and a cancelled plan can be resumed there before the paid month ends.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by law and except as stated below. Cancelling mid-month stops the next charge; it does not create a refund for the remainder of the month. (Agreement §7.3.)

Where a refund does apply

If we fail to provide the service with reasonable skill and care and cannot re-perform, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period (Agreement §9.2). If we change fees, we give at least thirty days' written notice and you may cancel before the new fee takes effect (§6.4). If we materially change the agreement to your detriment, you may end the subscription at the end of the current monthly period without penalty (§14.5).

Declined or failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment fails, we notify you at the email address on your account. Access continues through the period already paid.
